Journalling

I encourage journalling for my clients, as it is a useful tool to manage overwhelming

I might try to make this my journal of gratitude too and continue 2014’s aim to have an attitude of gratitude and positive thinking, in the expectation/belief/hope it really does return to me – with the scienctificexplanation (from Brian Cox, one of my heros) that completed my spiritual belief (Reiki, Taoism is the nearest, Feng Sui and other Eastern philosophies), and my emotional, kineasthetic experience with my initiation into Reiki. feelings, clarify what’s going on for yourself and see where you’re going too.   So this can be part of my journals (I already have a few books lying around the house with notes in from all different times of my life, noting events, emotions and comments).
